Terms of service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services offered by Echo (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with Echo, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Offered

Echo provides services in the areas of marketing, marketing consulting, production, production consulting, and operations consulting. All services are customized and based on mutually agreed deliverables outlined in a project proposal or contract.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to necessary information, materials, and feedback. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and final deliverables.

3. Payments

All services require a non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) to begin. Final payment is due upon project completion, unless otherwise stated. We value mutual respect and clear communication, especially when it comes to payment. To keep projects running smoothly, invoices are due within 15 days of the issue date unless otherwise agreed.

If payment isn’t received by the due date, a late fee of 2% of the outstanding balance (or $25, whichever is greater) will be applied. We understand life gets busy—so we allow a 5-day grace period before this fee is charged.

If payment remains unpaid beyond 15 days, we may pause services until the balance is resolved.

4. Refund Policy

At Echo, we strive to provide high-quality, impactful services tailored to each client. Due to the nature of consulting and creative services—where time, strategy, and intellectual property are invested upfront—all payments are generally non-refundable.

However, we understand that life happens. In cases of extreme or unforeseen circumstances (such as a medical emergency, a significant project disruption, or dissatisfaction due to unmet agreed-upon deliverables), a partial refund or credit may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, clients must submit a written request within 7 days of the service date outlining the reason. Echo reserves the right to approve, deny, or offer alternative resolutions such as revised services or a future credit.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a consulting session. For larger projects, cancellations within 7 days of the project start may forfeit the deposit.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, strategies, and creative work developed by Echo remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After payment, clients receive rights to use the deliverables as agreed in the contract. Echo retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio.

7. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client materials, strategies, and private information. Likewise, we ask that our proprietary methods and processes not be shared or reproduced without written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Echo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability will not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
